Twenty questions, answered straight

A technical audit is $500 one-off. SEO services start at $1,500 a month; AI search on its own is $800, multi-market SEO at $1,500 per market. Three things move the price: site size and technical state, competition in the niche, and how many markets you need. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Most projects cover our fee somewhere between month six and month nine – sooner when deals are large, later on a new domain that still has to wait out the sandbox. We put the expected payback month in the proposal, and if we can see we are going to miss it, you hear that in a two-week report rather than at the end of the year.
No, and we would be sceptical of anyone who does: results are rebuilt daily and differ by device and city. What we do commit to is scope and method: the agreed hours, the agreed deliverables and targets written into the contract. If a target is missed, we review what happened together and agree how to proceed – the specifics live in the contract, not on this page.
Technical products only: SaaS and B2B services, software development, AI and data platforms, networking and IT operations, fintech and e-commerce platforms. We don't take clinics, garages, local services or offline retail. We decline roughly one enquiry in five.
Your developers by default – it's faster and cheaper, and they know the system. We write tickets for your tracker, not a PDF to read. If you have no team we implement ourselves, billed separately at $40 an hour.
Through your analytics, not ours. We set up goals and revenue in GA4 and in your CRM if it has an API, then report the organic segment. Phone calls get tagged by landing page. Where attribution genuinely isn't possible we say so instead of inventing a number.
It's the work of getting ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews to name you in their answers. It is included in our SEO plan by default. You need it if your buyers already ask models which tool to pick – in B2B and SaaS that's a meaningful share. Easy to check: we run 200 queries from your niche and show who gets cited instead of you. The first baseline is free. You will also see it called GEO, AEO, AI SEO or LLM SEO; it is the same work, explained in GEO vs AEO vs AI SEO.
Organic search has a six-month minimum: the first two months build foundations that don't move traffic yet. After that it rolls, with thirty days' notice and no penalty. On leaving you get everything: keyword data, briefs, access, the list of placed links and any open tickets.
Our clients are under NDA. We name the niche, the market, the timeline and the numbers, but not the brand. If you want to speak to a current client in your niche we'll arrange it, with their permission and without us on the call.
Yes, though most of our projects are English-language markets and Europe. The site is bilingual, and we handle contracts and reporting in whichever language suits you.
A strategist, a technical SEO, a content lead, a link builder and an analyst – out of a team of eight. You meet the strategist on the first call: we don't send a separate salesperson who then disappears. Who did what, and for how many hours, is in every two-week report.
A report every two weeks plus a 30–40 minute call about it. Between reports, a shared Slack or Telegram channel with replies within the business day. We don't do monthly achievement decks: if something important happens you hear it the same day, not three weeks later.
Access to analytics, Search Console and the CMS, once. After that roughly an hour or two a week: a PM or engineer reviews technical copy, developers implement tickets. It costs least where engineering deploys weekly; if you release quarterly, payback moves out and we say so at the start.
Ahrefs and Semrush for links and markets, Screaming Frog for crawling, NeuronWriter for content built against the live results, Claude and other language models for drafts and for reading large data sets, GA4 and Search Console for measurement, plus our own scripts for clustering and content scoring. The licences are ours and included in the fee. Access to your own analytics stays yours, including after you leave.
Outreach: we negotiate placements on live sites with real audiences. Community links: threads where a link genuinely belongs. The safe base: directories and aggregators, submissions to tool round-ups, integration partner pages, review-platform profiles. Separately we work to get you into the rankings and listicles that bring traffic in your niche. No marketplaces, no PBNs – losing the domain costs more than the gain. Every placement appears in the report with its URL and cost, billed at cost with no markup.
In narrow tech niches overlaps happen. The rule is simple: we don't take two direct competitors on the same query cluster at the same time. If that conflict exists we say so on the first call and decline – more often than we would like.
Technical audit, log analysis, demand mapping and a competitor teardown. By the end of the month you have a document with the plan, the enquiry forecast and the payback month. We touch almost nothing on the site during that period – first we agree what and why.
Thirty days' notice, no penalty. During that month we hand over everything: keyword data, briefs, access, the list of placed links, open tickets and dashboards. Deliverables don't stay with the agency – that's a clause in the contract, not a verbal promise.
The report opens with revenue and enquiries from organic, then the intermediate metrics: indexation, impressions, positions by cluster, link profile. It closes with what shipped in the last two weeks and what is in progress. Reports arrive in the periods with no growth too, with an explanation.
We're in Minsk, not London: rent and salaries are lower at the same level of specialist. A team of eight carries no sales department and no middle management, and one niche instead of twenty means we don't spend hours learning someone else's market from scratch. 2026 survey data puts the median agency retainer near $3,200 a month; we sit at roughly half of that. If that reads as suspiciously cheap, ask on the call what the 80 hours consist of – we show the breakdown.
