Who you are giving consent to
RootRank LLC, tax ID 193456789, registered at 121 Pobediteley Avenue, office 304, 220020 Minsk, Belarus (the Controller).
What data
What you typed into the form: your name, a phone number or Telegram handle, your website address and the message. Plus what your browser sends: IP address, cookie identifiers and device information.
What we will do with it
Collect, record, organise, store, update, use, share with the providers listed in section 4 of the privacy policy, restrict, erase and destroy – by automated means and otherwise.
For what purpose
- To contact you about the enquiry you left.
- To prepare and send you a proposal.
- To correspond with you about your project.
There is no other purpose. Marketing email requires separate consent, which is requested separately.
For how long
Three years from your last contact with us, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
How to withdraw
Email sales@rootrank.io with “Withdraw consent” in the subject. No particular wording is required. We stop processing and delete your data within 15 days and confirm by reply.
What happens if you don't consent
The form won't submit – that's a technical constraint, not a punishment. You can always email us or message us on Telegram instead, where there are no checkboxes.
